A professional development worker who designs strategies and systems for collective growth. Shola holds a master’s degree in public and international affairs, and was recently appointed a board member of Help Lesotho, a Canadian based international development organization.

Lawrence Wilbert

Mr. Lawrence Wilbert, President-General, USOSA

Mr. Lawrence Wilbert is a leading authority in association management and community development. He is also a keen leadership development enthusiast with particular focus on the person, alumni associations, rural communities and grass-roots, and a firm believer in Project Nigeria.

Mr. Wilbert successfully built, from bottom up, the alumni association of Federal Government College Ugwolawo to a leading model of what a “Better Together…” Unity alumni association should be. As the elected chairman of Ikara community in Edo state, he lead the community to ensure development is brought to the community, which lacked all forms of amenities and utilities – by the building of primary school infrastructure, opening of road to two settlements in the community, engaging the local oil exploration companies towards ensuring the integrity of the environment revived and maintained, and employing and engaging the youth through jobs and employment.

Mr. Wilbert is an industry leading specialist in the Nigerian mobile telecom space. He sets the overall direction and strategy that drives the mobile value-added services business in GenieNG and its sister company Agilent Wireless Ltd. As Executive Director he has successfully grown the company’s revenue from zero as a start-up in October 2010 to a multi-million dollar monthly revenue stream.

Mr. Wilbert holds a master’s degree in electro-mechanical engineering from Odessa National Polytechnic University, Odessa, Ukraine, as well as a post-graduate diploma in telecommunications & computer networks from South Bank University, UK. He is an alum of the prestigious Lagos Business School’s Chief Executive Program (CEP 24).

Oladapo Asiyanbi

Dr. Oladapo Asiyanbi, Medical Officer of Health/PHC Coordinator, Lagos State PHC Board

Dr Oladapo Asiyanbi is a public health physician with expertise in public health, epidemiology and sustainable development across various corporate and health service organizations.

He has made significant contributions to the development of Lagos State Health Policy documents with significant impacts in the Lagos State Strategic Health Development Plan, Lagos State Primary Health Care 2016, 2018 Review using Bottle Neck Analysis, Public Private Partnership Policy, Lagos State Ministry of Health 2016, 2018 Elimination of Mother to Child Transmission (EMTCT) of HIV/AIDS, and Lagos State Ministry of Health’s Public Private Partnership (PPP) Policy.

Over the course of his career he has developed efficient health and social strategies to facilitate access to universal healthcare and community driven projects across different states in Nigeria. His passion for service drives him to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with his peers and patients.

Omolola Irinoye

Professor Omolola Irinoye, Department of Nursing Science, OAU

Professor Omolola Irinoye barged M.Sc. (Women, Development and Administration) at the University of York, York, United Kingdom in 1998 and also a masters in Nursing at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria between 1988 and 1991.

With her continuous search for knowledge, she proceeded to the School of Nursing, University of Kwazulu-Natal, Durban, South Africa in 2001 to obtain her Doctor of Philosophy in 2005 with a thesis in Conceptions of Sexual Intercourse Among the Yoruba People of South Western Nigeria.

She has served as a lecturer in universities within and outside Africa and has been instrumental towards the development of Nursing programs at different levels of study in various universities within the Africa continent.

Professor Irinoye is presently a professor at the Department of Nursing Science, College of Health Sciences, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.

Adetunji Lamidi

Mr. Adetunji Lamidi, CEO, FCMB Microfinance LTD

Mr. Adetunji Lamidi (MBA) is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of FCMB Microfinance Limited. Prior to this appointment, he was an Assistant Vice President & Group Head of Mass Market Banking for FCMB Limited. Before setting up the Microfinance subsidiary for FCMB Group, Adetunji was responsible for developing the Financial Inclusion Strategy for the Bank which started through Direct Sales Channel activities as the National Head of Sales – a major deposit & credit acquisition model for the retail business of the Bank and culminated in the setting up of the Mass Market Unit. Prior to FCMB, He was a Regional Service Manager & Head of Franchise for MTN Nigeria.

Over the course of his sterling career, he has garnered diverse expertise in General management skills, including Sales Operations, Strategy Development, Budgeting, Project Management, Customer Relation, and Inventory Management. He is a skilled communicator who consistently motivates staff to provide total quality service to Clients and consummate Sales manager & strategic Leader focused on execution and task completeness.

He has a very rich experience /understanding of the Consumer market driven by Innovation with over 20 year’s post-graduation experience in Commercial/trading, Telecoms & Banking Organizations.

Mr. Lamidi attended the University of Ibadan, where he obtained a bachelor of arts degree in English. He also holds a master’s degree in managerial psychology (MMP) from the University of Ibadan and a master’s of business administration (MBA) from University of Leicester, United Kingdom. In addition to his MBA, he has attended executive/leadership programs at Lagos Business School, Helix Institute & IFC/World Bank training on digital finance services.

Charles Nwosisi

Dr. Charles Nwosisi, Health Specialist

Dr. Charles Nwosisi is an experienced Health Specialist with expertise in providing technical and programmatic management support across Sub-Saharan Africa to public health programs at national and sub-national levels of government.

His experience spans managing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting of program progress across Primary healthcare(PHC) service provision, health system strengthening, immunization, HIV/TB, and maternal & child health services in resource-constrained settings.

Dr. Nwosisi acquired a master’s degree in public health from the University of Manchester. He also has a medical degree from The College of Medicine, University of Lagos.
