Dr. Bim Akintade
Dr. Bim Akintade Founder
Dr. Bim Akintade is a Professor and Dean of the College of Nursing at East Carolina University, Greenville, North Carolina. He is a well-rounded clinician with leadership experience in universities, tertiary care hospitals, and other healthcare settings. He founded HFN to give back to Nigeria and is driven by a strong passion for transformative healthcare change.

Titus Oluwalade Executive Director
Titus is a Clinical Supervisor and Registered Nurse with 18+ years of experience in medical-surgical, psychiatric, and telemetry care in Nigeria and the US. He leads multidisciplinary teams, enhances patient care, and implements evidence-based protocols. Currently at George Washington University Hospital specializing in stroke and epilepsy care, he holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing and is pursuing a Master’s in Leadership and Management to further improve nursing practice and patient care quality.
Ruth Fasanya
Ruth Fasanya Senior Operations Coordinator
Ruth is an accomplished HR Operations & Business Partner with over 5 years of experience. Optimizing workplace operations and contributing to organizational growth through innovative solutions and strong interpersonal skills.
Luro Adeola
Luro Adeola Nurse A, School Nursing Coordinator
Adeola is a dedicated registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree in public health. Passionate about applying his training to make impactful contributions to HFN, he started as a school nurse in Ondo State and has advanced to become the Nurse A School Program Coordinator.
Busayo Akindolie
Busayo Akindolie Technical Advisor
Busayo is a global health professional with a BHSc in Biomedical Sciences and an MHSc in Global Health Systems. With over five years of experience in program design, research, and stakeholder engagement, she specializes in mixed-methods research and project management. She is dedicated to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals through impactful, evidence-based solutions.
